Ask your doctor for a copy of your latest medical record containing epicris and answers on X-ray, CT-scan etc.
 
Laboratory tests as follows
- Hemoglobin
- Natrium, Potassium, Calcium
- Kreatinin, Bilirubin, Albumin, ASAT, ALAT, ALP

The above blood analyses should not be more than ½-1 month old. If they are, please take new tests.
